Yoga nidra

"yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and a state of conscious rest promote profound mental clarity, stress relief, and emotional healing.

Yin yoga

a slow-paced style of yoga—typically 3 to 5 minutes—allowing for deep stretching and release promotes relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness, offering a restorative way to balance more active yoga styles.
