Daily Meditations

SJ Meditation has six sessions of meditations andone hour yoga everyday.

7-Day Transformation

SJ Meditations organizes7-Day Transformation Meditation camp for beginners and advanced seekers. These camps are coordinated by Bodhisattva Swami Anand Arun Acharya

7-Day No Mind Meditation

SJ Meditations organizes 7- Day No Mind Meditationsn camp.

7-Day Neo Vipassana

SJ Meditations organizes 7-Day Neo Vipassana Meditation camp for beginners and advanced seekers.

NOTE

White robe is compulsory for the meditation. You can also buy it from our office.

All the participants are requested to wear maroon robes during our meditation sessions from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

And it is recommended to wear white robe in Evening Satsang (White robe celebration)

Yoga is not a religion or any belief system but it is practical science as it emphasizes direct experience and observable results .it is a practice of personal Inquiry and exploration. Yogic practice increases flexibility, strength, balance and endurance, clams mind and encourages the evolution of the individual through the development of self – discipline and self – awareness Yoga is effective in management of stress and stress related health problems.

The Healing Power of Laughter , Tears , and Silence** Mystic Rose is a three-week therapy, lasting three hours per day. During the first week, participants laugh “for no reason at all,” dissolving the blocks to their inner spontaneity and joy. The second week is devoted to crying, and the third week to silent watching and meditation. Uniquely simple and effective, these methods involve a minimum interaction among the participants, but the energy of the group helps each individual go more deeply into his or her own process. A facilitator, who has gone through the process and has been trained in conducting it, gives you instruction for the therapy. “I have created a new meditation therapy. The first part will be laughter – for three hours, people simply laugh for no reason at all. Digging for three hours you will be surprised how many layers of dust have gathered upon your being. It will cut them like a sword, in one blow. For seven days continuously, three hours every day…you cannot conceive how much transformation can come to your being. And then the second part is tears. The first part removes everything that hinders your laughter — all the inhibitions of past humanity, all the repressions. It cuts them away; it brings a new space within you. But still you have to go a few steps more to reach the temple of your being, because you have suppressed so much sadness, so much despair, so much anxiety, so many tears — they are all there, covering you and destroying your beauty, your grace, your joy. So for seven days, you have to allow yourself to weep, cry for no reason at all – the tears are just ready to come. You have been preventing them. Just don’t prevent. Finally the third part is Silence: witnessing: The Watcher on the Hills. After the laughter and the tears, there is only a witnessing silence. Witnessing on its own is automatically suppressive. Weeping stops when you witness it, it becomes dormant. This meditation gets rid of the laughter and tears beforehand, so that there is nothing to suppress in your witnessing. Then the witnessing simply opens a pure sky.”

7 DAY NO MIND
MEDITATION THERAPY

NIRVANA invites you for a 7 Days of No Mind Meditation Therapy. 7 Days meditation program. The seven-day retreat.

What is No Mind ?  The mind is the most restless and disturbed faculty of the contemporary human, and every person today is trying to deal with it. No-Mind meditation therapy is a combination of ancient meditation techniques and modern psychological therapy that can help a person to instantly experience a state of no-mind or a mind that is free of a chaotic flow of thoughts.

Duration- It is a seven-day course, which includes one hour of gibberish and one hour of silent sitting. The duration of seven days has been specially designated so that a deeper cleansing can happen on all the seven chakras in our body.

Benefits- This technique can quickly help a participant to become more calm, silent, and in control of one’s thoughts. On a deeper level, it helps us to get rid of our repressed emotions and helps us understand our unconscious and the patterns that it creates.
